About the Coach:

Justin has been training athletes as head coach and owner of Roeder Multisport since 2010 and currently coaches Cross Country and Track at the NCAA level.

With Roeder Multisport, he's trained youth and adult age-group athletes in running, biking and triathlon and prides himself on facilitating athletic and personal growth.

He graduated from Butler in 2011 with a B.S. in Physical Education and was a three-time Horizon League Champion. He won the 5,000m event in outdoor track in 2007 and 2010 and the 10,000m event in 2009. He qualified for the NCAA National Championships in 2006 and was an All-Regional performer in 2009. He later qualified for NCAA Regionals in the 10,000m event in 2010.

He later pursued a professional career as a triathlete from 2012-2015, training with the USA Triathlon College Recruitment and Olympic Develop Programs. He garnered his Elite Triathlon License, allowing him to compete in Olympic Distance Triathlons in an effort to qualify for the 2016 Olympic Team.
